I will introduce you to two Heartmath techniques I hold close to my heart that are called, "Quick coherence" and "Heart Lock-in Technique" and I will teach you these techniques. These techniques come from The Heartmath Institute.

When the techniques are practiced over a period of time, you will have a better capacity to prepare for, recover from, and adapt in the face of stress, challenge or adversity.

We will practice these techniques together. After our first session, you are welcomed to use these techniques on your own. I will give you handouts to take home with you.
